Inform us whether the vehicle can enter the premises/lane, the distance from the vehicle to the lift/house gate, and the maximum time it can be retained inside the premises in advance.
30-50m: ₹1000 | 50-100m: ₹1500 | More than 100m: Charges as per field supervisor.
Additional boxes needed will be charged at ₹100 per box.
Packing materials are company property and must be returned the same day. ₹60 per box will be charged if retained.

Company is not responsible for items like goggles, chargers, or cartons inside the car.
Do not hand over accessories like helmets or jackets with two-wheelers. Claims won't be entertained.
Both parties must respect agreed timelines, considering traffic and society rules.
The token amount is fully refundable on shifting cancellation up to 1 week before the movement.
During weekends and month-ends, many customers may be shifting simultaneously. Kindly bear with the supervisor as we will try to streamline the process.
Less than 3 Months: 100% of Purchased Cost
1 Year: 80% of Purchased Cost
2 Years: 60% of Purchased Cost
3 Years: 40% of Purchased Cost
4 Years: 20% of Purchased Cost
5 Years: 0% of Purchased Cost
